Moore owned a website called IsAnyoneUp.com. The website was earlier made to feature the nightlife culture, but later on, it started publishing porn content. He launched it in 2010 when he was 26-year-old.
Users were allowed to upload obscene pictures on this website, and that too without the consent of people clicked. Not only pictures but personal details of the people were also shared along with them.
He took the help of a hacker Charles Evens to steal the personal details and pictures of the victims from their e-mail accounts. Allegedly, Moore used to post the stolen pictures on his website without consent.
He appeared on a chat show ‘Anderson Cooper’s CNN Chat Show’ in 2011. Instead of feeling sorry for his notorious behavior, he told the victims that it was their mistake to allow someone to take their obscene pictures. He kept on boasting about his behavior.

After getting complaints from Moore’s victims, the FBI started an investigation into the cases in 2012.
He was found the culprit and was sentenced to jail for two years and six months in 2015. He completed his punishment in 2017. And after that, he remained under supervised release for three years. Also, he had to submit a fine of $2,000 and restitution fees of $145.70.
The hacker Evens was sentenced to 25 months of imprisonment.

In 2012, the website was closed. Its settings were changed to redirect it to a website owned by James McGibney. James’ website is an anti-bullying website.
